Refund & Return Policy

You may request a return within 60 days from delivery. To begin a return, email info@sophienia.com with your order number.

For change-of-mind or other ordinary returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Sophienia does not charge a restocking fee.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact info@sophienia.com. Sophienia will provide an appropriate remedy and will not shift the ordinary return-shipping burden for our error to you.

Because production begins shortly after an order is placed, please contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel your order. Cancellation or modification is available only before shipment. Once the parcel has shipped, the existing 60-day return policy applies.

After a return or refund is approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days.

We do not present a separate exchange program. If you need a different item, contact us and we will help with the appropriate return-and-new-order path.
