Refund & Return Policy

You may request a return within 60 days from delivery. To begin a return, email info@sophienia.com with your order number.

For personal-reason or change-of-mind returns, items must be unused, free of defects, and undamaged. The customer pays return shipping costs. Sophienia does not charge a restocking fee.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact info@sophienia.com. For defective products or items damaged in transit, Sophienia will provide a refund or replacement and cover the related shipping costs. We also cover shipping costs needed to correct an item sent in error.

Because production begins shortly after an order is placed, please contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel your order. Cancellation or modification is available only before shipment. Once the parcel has shipped, the existing 60-day return policy applies.

After a return or refund is approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days.

We do not offer exchanges for personal-reason or change-of-mind purchases. Defective items or items damaged in transit are eligible for a refund or replacement, with related shipping costs covered by Sophienia. If you would like a different item for personal reasons, contact us about a return and new order.
