3. Non-Quality Returns (Customer Preference)
 
If you wish to return items for non-quality reasons (change of mind, style preference, etc.):

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in original condition
  • Items must be returned in original packaging
  • Proof of purchase (order number) is required
 
Returns under this category must not affect resale.
