Using the correct quantity of glue for fitting bristles requires extreme professionalism. One has to control the amount of glue for each brush. A little less quantity of glue may affect the brush’s effectiveness. Using too much will destroy the aesthetic look. Hot-Melt Adhesive Assembly Method

The hot-melt adhesive assembly method is one of the most common materials. Its main advantage is that it is not easy to deform and solidifies quite fast. The bond created in this process is durable than any other gluing method. It is all because of the strong adhesive qualities of hot melt. The applied process, speed, temperature, hot melt adhesives can adapt to any desired condition.

When used for assembling the wooden handle, it is firm and not easy to fall off. But when used in plastic or metal handles, it is easier to become unsteady.

Companies that choose the hot melt adhesive method achieve much higher strong bonds. The benefit of this method is the ease of application. Not to mention it can speed up manufacturing and assembling operations. The hot melt adhesive solidifies when it loses heat, which gives it a very fast setting time.

The Assembly Method Of AB Glue Mixed With Hot Melt Glue

Due to the mixing of hot melt glue with AB Glue, it leads to a faster solidification. This ensures that the AB Glue maintains its shape before it dries. Thus reducing the gap between the handle and the ring. It can reduce the risk of the brush head falling off.

AB Glue Assembly Method

The main feature of this process is slow drying speed and higher strength. The high & low-temperature resistance poses very little risk. This ensures that the brush head does not fall off. Gluing well-processed factory plastic and wooden handles with the ferrules are also done. This is usually done with strong AB adhesive.

Under this method, completion of assembly handle demands 4 hours. To prevent any distortion, we can check the makeup brush every 20-30 minutes. Final wiping of the finished product gets done to make it ready for the package. At this stage, we can drop any kind of distortion & looseness in the package. We test each brush head at least three times and conduct a tensile test.

The electroplated or sprayed handles give rise to a layer of grease at the junction of the handle. Along with the ferrule. No matter what kind of glue we use, this will give rise to the falling off of the brush head. The handle needs to get processed to cut hidden dangers.
