1. Cosmetic brush transportation packaging test

After transportation, shelf display, and other links, cosmetic brushes must have good transportation packaging to reach consumers in good condition. Currently, the transportation packaging of cosmetic brushes is mainly based on corrugated cartons, and the cartons’ leading testing is striking the indicators and stacking test.

The most commonly used vibration methods can be divided into two types: sinusoidal vibration and random vibration. The vibration will always occur during transport. They may be due to vibrations from the surrounding environment (equipment on an airplane, ship, train, wind, or similar) or from the equipment itself, such as an engine. Actual vibration levels may sometimes be lower, but vibration levels may increase significantly due to oscillations caused by internal resonances in the equipment. The vibration can be raised to 10-20 times the original vibration level.
