1. The effect of high temperature or severe cold on cosmetic brushes
Cold weather can cause cracking of the painted surface of the brush handle, a potential problem that cannot be detected by manual inspection. In addition, if the handle and ferrule are assembled with hot melt glue, cold weather will also cause the brush head to fall off. The hot melt adhesive is fragile under severe cold, and the shock during transportation or drop during use will increase the risk of the brush head falling off.
High-temperature weather or direct sunlight will also increase the risk of the makeup brush head falling off, and the hot melt adhesive will melt under high temperatures. The handle of the same makeup brush will also accelerate the risk of aging or cracking.
2. Put it into the instrument for detection
Put the makeup brush into the temperature humidity chamber, which is a test chamber that simulates long-term exposure to a specific environment for brush handle and glue testing, and select the desired temperature and condition from the digital display. Then hot or cold air (-70℃~+150℃), humid air, or dry air (20~98%R.H.) is introduced into the chamber to meet these conditions. The test chamber can quickly and accurately test the performance of cosmetic brushes under different temperatures and humidity and determine the ability of cosmetic brushes to withstand years of exposure
3. Cosmetic brush UV aging test
The simulated product is placed outdoors for the short or long term. The damage caused by ultraviolet rays in the sun only takes a few days or weeks, and the equipment can reproduce the damage that takes months or years outdoors. See if the product has fading, discoloration, brightness drop, chalking, cracking, blurring, embrittlement, strength loss, and oxidation. At the same time, it can reproduce the damage caused by rain and dew.
