4. The process of making makeup brushes under high temperature

Step 1: Professional workers will use the synthetic fiber picker to take out the synthetic fiber and put it into the shaping mold.

Step 2: After putting the synthetic fiber into the shaping mold, professional & experienced workers will shape the shape of the brush head by manual vibration. This is a very challenging job. Whether the shape of the brush head is defective or whether there is enough hair is related to the quality of the brush head.

Step 3: Put the mold after the brush head is shaped into the brush-making machine, and press the starter on the brush-making machine to start the primary production of the makeup brush head. The brush-making machine is equipped with a high-temperature knife (generally 450-500 degrees Celsius), which is used to cut off the synthetic fibers left outside the brush head after shaping.

Step 4: After the high-temperature knife cuts off the excess synthetic fibers at the tail, the machine automatically sends them out. At this time, we need to put the high-temperature cloth on the mold that cuts off the excess synthetic fibers.

Step 5: After placing the high-temperature cloth, the machine will automatically start again. The machine is equipped with a high-temperature plate (the temperature of the high-temperature plate is about 350 degrees Celsius). The function of the high-temperature plate is to give a certain pressure to the brush head shaping mold (press the bottom of the brush head) and strengthen the hardness of the bottom of the brush head. The function of the high-temperature paper is to ensure that the formed brush head will not be damaged.

After the high-temperature plate is pressed, the brush head ironing paper is completed.
