The head stays fairly narrow as I blend, which helps on smaller eye areas.
I use it mostly for transition shades, not for packing shimmer onto the lid.
This is the brush I reach for when I want to place transition color first and blend it afterward. The tip stays more focused than the sides, so I can place color first and then use lighter pressure to diffuse it.
The tip gives me a little more control near the outer corner, where a broad blender can feel imprecise. I can keep most of the color exactly where I want it and then blend outward with lighter pressure.
After several looks it has become my first choice for the transition shade.
